Milind Kulkarni’s entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 16, when he started working as a typist while pursuing his graduation. Coming from a modest family background, he developed a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and determination from an early age.

In 1996, after completing specialised training in FRP manufacturing, he worked as a manager at Training Institute. With growing experience and a vision to build something of his own, he decided to venture into FRP manufacturing, focusing on roofing solutions.

In 1998, he laid the foundation of MK Polymers with a small workshop and a completely bootstrapped approach. His wife’s gold loan became the initial seed investment, helping turn his entrepreneurial vision into reality. What began as a modest setup gradually grew through consistent effort, product knowledge, customer relationships, and a commitment to quality.

Today, MK Polymers has expanded its reach across India, supported by Milind’s strong personal network, goodwill, and lasting relationships with businesses and organisations. His journey reflects the belief that determination, trust, and consistent hard work can build a lasting enterprise.
